Savon Villas was a twelve unit heritage styled lowset development on the old Boldeman Soap site at 200 Upper Dawson Rd, The Range for Kele Property Group. The units were a combination of two and three bedrooms and featured high level finishes in a secure gated community. Following the success of Savon Villas, ASM Builders have been engaged by KPG to build the next similar development, The Garden Villas at 14 Ann St, The Range in late 2015.

The house was designed by the owners Luke and Katrina Perkins. Luke, who has been with Tabeen Pty and ASM Builders since the beginning in 2008, incorporated many different features into the house to create a truly unique home. Those who enter the house find wonderful appeal in the range of finishes and features including the polished concrete floors, cast insitu concrete kitchen bench, feature walls and outdoor entertaining areas.

Julie and Gary Heazlewood saw the necessity to expand their business from the well known Coxon’s site in Little Musgrave Street, to the grand new site at 151 Maloney St. The extensive offices, work areas and administration zones support the well thought out warehousing and maintenance area in the factory area of the building. Coxon’s Radiators now enjoys tremendous street appeal on the corner of Alexandra and Maloney Streets, North Rockhampton in facilities that have enabled them to diversify and extend the range of services they offer in purpose built facilities.

Graham Olive and John White, who operate Olive and White Cabinetmaking, had visions to maximise the available land content on their site at 6 Dooley St, Park Avenue. Consequently, designs incorporated an extension to the existing building tenanted by Olive and White and the addition of two new buildings.
The buildings ultimately became the new base for Rifen Boats, who relocated from further up Dooley St into what became purpose built facilities. The three buildings now create significant street appeal on Dooley St and demonstrate how existing property can be utilised and developed to maximise return on a site.
